Welcome to Shalom Care Mumbai. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Shalom Care Mumbai provides home care services including but not limited to elder care, patient care, baby care, and related wellness services across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. Services are subject to caregiver availability in your area.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed following a consultation call to assess your specific care requirements. Pricing for services is communicated upfront and may vary based on service type, duration, and complexity of care needs. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Caregiver Assignment

We make reasonable efforts to match caregivers based on client requirements, including language, gender preference, and specific care needs. While we strive to maintain consistency, caregiver assignments may occasionally need to be adjusted due to availability, illness, or other circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Clients may request a caregiver replacement if unsatisfied with the assigned caregiver. We aim to provide replacements within 48 hours. Cancellation policies for ongoing bookings will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about the care recipient's medical condition and care needs to enable proper caregiver matching. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for caregivers.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Shalom Care Mumbai takes extensive measures to verify and train caregivers, we are not liable for incidents arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our services are supportive in nature and do not replace professional medical treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality regarding client and care recipient information, sharing it only as necessary to provide quality care services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Caregiver Employment

Caregivers are engaged through Shalom Care Mumbai's verification and matching process. Clients agree not to directly hire caregivers introduced through our platform outside of our service agreement during and for a reasonable period after engagement.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
